Ecoply - Structural

Ecoply™ is New Zealand’s leading brand of Structura l Plywood and is manufactured from sustainably grown New Zealand plantation pine. The Ecoplybrand includes a wide range of appearance and performance rated plywood products providing durability, strength and design flexibility. All products certified to Standard AS/NZS 2269.

Grades

B Face

Appearance grade with a solid sanded surface. Suitable for a higher quality finish.

Solid sanded surface with filled holes and splits with intergrown knots. Suitable for a basic paint finish.

Structural Square Edge
Ecoply Structural Square edged plywood is Structural Grade Plywood with range of uses throughout the building industry, particularly where known structural characteristics are required. It is available in a full range of thicknesses from
 
7mm to 25mm and in untreated and treated H3.2 CCA or H3.1 LOSP. Common uses include bracing, interior lining, membrane and roofing substrate and noise control.

Flooring

Ecoply flooring is ideal as a substrate for most floor coverings and flexible waterproofing membranes. It is particularly ideal for wet areas, where treated flooring is required, and is widely used for flexible and rigid overlay products such as carpets, linoleum, tiles and membrane syste
ms or any application where a smooth substrate is required

Roofing

Ecoply Roofing is designed for roofing overlays which can cope with open imperfections in the substrate face.
 
DD surface grade- left unsanded for extra strength and grip for roofing installers
 
  • Tongue & groove edge profile (long sheet edges) do not require support blocking, saving time and money
  • Sheet thicknesses: 15 - 25mm
  • Sheet dimensions: 2400 / 2700 × 1200mm
  • F8 and F11 stress grades available - 15 mm and 17mm
